Service will cover the mail and messaging servers and clients at client organization.

Deliverables
• Administration of mail servers at all locations.
• Updating the server software by applying patches /updates.

• User account management -
Creation, updation, deletion and maintenance of user accounts as per client organization directions and policy.
• Backups and transaction log management.
• Monitoring performance and mail queues
• Managing post offices and mail boxes.
• Implementation of mail policies.
• Backup and DR of servers - As defined in section on Backup Management.
